Shipping Policy
All orders will be received and confirmed via e-mail. Orders may take up to 7-14 business days to process before shipping. All orders are shipping priority and a tracking number will be sent and updated via e-mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please read our policy below carefully for any discretions on return items (like sale items or undergarments).
Exchange/Refund Policy (Warranty Policy)

We gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 15 days from when your order was delivered to you,

If 15 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.

If you believe your item is faulty for any reason please contact us

Please note that your return must be sent back to us within the 15 days, but it does not have to reach us in the 15 day window.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.

If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Once your return reaches our facility it may take 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.

For refunds, the returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout.

Please note that refunds can take up to 7-14 business days to process back into your bank account.

For exchange requests, we will fulfill it if stock is available and you will receive a confirmation email for the exchange order.

If you request an exchange and stock is unavailable for your request a refund will be issued.

We do not ship returned items back to customers if exchange requests cannot be fulfilled.

Exchange requests can only be made for the same product being returned in either a different color-way or size.
